[CPU USAGE PROBLEM] i7 6700k, GTX 1060 6GB , 8GB RAM

Hi guys. I looked everywhere and i didn't find one single solution to my problem.
So i recently upgraded from an i7 4770k to an i7 6700k. My problem is that when i play games such as BF1 or Rainbow six siege i get a cpu usage from 80 to 100%. in BF1 it sometimes hits a 100%. and i see it in my framerates too. I made a video back then when i had the i7 4700k and even on ultra i had a cpu usage of 60%. now i can't get under 70% cpu usage in any of these two games.

my specs:
i7 6700k
gtx 1060 6gb
asus maximus ranger VIII
Corsair 8gb ram
120gb SSD (system)
500gb HDD(games) the HDD is brand new

I dont see an issue here my pc does the same thing. Thats just BF1. I have heard people with windows 10 having fps drops under 60 on all maps. What is fps ?

Your running around by yourself. I dont understand your point ? You didnt anwser my question what are your fps ? with 6700k

my fps with the 6700k cant get above 100. no matter if i put the settings on low or ultra.....

i recorded this video when i had the 4770k and the gtx 1060. look at the fps! they are much much much higher. how can it be that i can't get above 100 fps with a better CPU?

YOU ARE IN A SERVER WITH ZERO PEOPLE. THAT VIDEO DOESNT TELL ME ANYTHING.

i just tried it on a 64 player server. the performance still sucks. i can put it on ultra or low. it's almost the same. i get +10 fps on low but that's it. maybe it's because of the 8gb of ram? do i need more? because when i had the 4770k i had almost 8gb ram usage. you can see it in the video. and now i can't get above 7gb of ram...

Must be a windows 10 thing because you cpu is clearly ok
