CPU Usage Really High for no reason

My CPU usage goes up really high for no reason when im browsing the internet my cpu usage goes up really high 50-100 and my fans get really loud. But it shouldn't go that high if im only browsing the web.

Also when i open task manager and look at the bottom left it says i have 46 processes open but when i look under the processes tab theres only about 10 processes open, i read online that this could be malware but its not i just formated my pc but it still has this problem.

Does any one know whats wrong with my pc?

Start by scanning your PC with your antivirus and also with some anti malware software like malwarebytes.

If problem persists check your CPU usage with Process Explorer to better find out what exactly is using your CPU.
