Cpu usage spikes when I open task manger

Anyone know why? Is it normal because I am opening task manger or because of a virus. Sorry if dumb question just curious

No problem. When you open a program the CPU usage spikes. Any program. Even task manager

It's nothing don't worry when I open task manager I see my CPU 100% for 0.2 seconds and then goes to 10% don't worry about nothing
