Question cpu usage sudden drop

When i play games any game my cpu at first be like normal 70-90% usage
after 10 min at maximum it drops to 10-30% usage and the fps drops as well
and my cpu is not overheating its 62 degrees while gaming and i tried a lot of solutions nothing seemed to work
i tried reinstalling the gpu driver and the cpus
scanned my pc for viruses with malwarebytes and found nothing
set my games to high priority ..nothing
i even reintalled my whole windows system and it didnt work
Is there anyway i can fix it

did you check the speed it got when it goes might go on power saving to prevent overheath .

its not overheating

lower the gpu output to minimal you only have 1 gig of ram on it and check .

Depend on game.. shouldn't you be happy lower cpu/gpu usage low power consumption + lower temperature..

Mine as Example at 60fps limit at BF1 High Settings.
GPU: 34% Usage.
CPU: 28% Usage.

But If I play RDR2. GPU usage are high.

i dont know what u mean by that either
But gtx 750 is a powerful card i can run gta 5 at 1080p ultra settings except for msaa with 35 fps
and batman arkham knight 45 fps normal settings 1080p

the thing is that it was running fine when i got this pc a year ago
besides that my temp aren't high its fine and my gpu usage fine
and cpu temp is fine
when i play games the fps be like okay and then the cpu usage drops and fps with it and deson't come back

try to post your HWMonitor Temperature.

Maybe you have problem with GTX 750 Temperature.

my gpu temp is fine 35 degrees right now and while playing 68 at maximum uage
the problem is in my cpu usage
after 10 min of playing it drops down and fps drops from 60 to (10-20)fps

Try High Performance on Power Settings?

OR disable the Delivery Optimization

1. Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Advanced options.

2. Select Delivery Optimization.

3. Make sure Allow downloads from other PCs is turned Off.

Still same result?. What happen if you reformat your computer clean install to Windows 7 and play GTA5..
Lot of people having drop down usage from CPU Usage..
I use custom Windows 10. so i got no problem.

i use windows 10 with some tweaks as well
so i dont think its windows 10 problem

It doesn't hurt to test & try Windows 7 or Linux Pop OS to play GTA5. See if you get CPU drop. As doing that. It does not cost any $..

If you see cpu usage drop/fps drop on Linux/Win7. Then its either your hardware..
