CPU usage suddenly increased to 100%

Hi all, I face a problem when playing PES (both pes 16 and pes 17 edition)

When the game is running, normally CPU usage is around 50%, but sometime I get a lag in game, the game temporary paused for 1~2 sec.

I used Windows Task Manager and found that when the lag occurred, CPU usage abnormally increased to 100% (full load) (see the attached pic). After 1~2 seconds, everything became normal.

Please help me to fix this issue.

p/s: My PC: i3 2130, RAM 4Gb, VGA GT730, Main PH67-C43, SSD Samsung EVO 750.

Temp when playing game: ~70*C

I read some topics about this but I have not already had any solution for my PC.

Your CPU temps are perfectly normal, but the spikes are not. When did this start happening? Have you installed anything before or after this started? I am not sure if PES is a hardware demanding game but I would not think so. Also, you might want to watch your RAM usage. You only have 4 GB of RAM which is rather low for today's machines. One last thing. In processes, you need to watch which programs are taking up your CPU's power. Most likely, PES is taking up the most, but it could also be something in the background that is screwing with your memory.

As you see, RAM usage is relatively stable at only 50% of use, so I don't think it's problem with RAM.

About CPU usage, as you commented, I tried to see what took my CPU when lag happened, but I couldn't. Because, when I faced lag in game, I couldn't do anything with my PC for 1~2sec. After that, when I could come back to Windows Task Manager, everything was back to OK. So, can you give some advice for this (is there any software can help?)

Besides, I only run this game, don't have anything else in the same time, so I think this trouble doesn't relate to another software.

Any way to check so far?

I wouldn't worry to much, a 100% spike for a split second isn't anything to go crazy over.

yes, exactly it's only for 2sec, but at that time, I get lag in game, very uncomfortable you know.
