CPU usage too high -- is it normal?

Hello everyone,
I am using Amd ryzen 5 1600 in non-oc mode. I do lot of video and 3d render.
During a 3D render my cpu usage reaches to 100%,while RAM usage is 55-60% max, is it OK? or would it decrease my cpu's life?

It will not affect the life of the CPU so ok.

only the overheat will decrease the life of PC parts otherwise load no load everything is fine
