Question Cpu Usage

Hello guys is this cpu usage normal?

I saw a video with a same cpu and same game and cpu usage was like 30%

My Spec :
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700x Eight-Core Processor
GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 6750XT 12GB Nitro+
Motherboard: MSI B550 Gaming Plus
SSD M2: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500GB
SSD: Kingston SSDNow UV400 240GB
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4-2400 1x16 GB
Power Supply: Corsair RMx Series 750X

Cpu Usage Idle 8-20%

First thing I notice about your build is the single 16GB stick of RAM. That's running in single-channel. You need two identical sticks to run in dual-channel. Dual-channel improves gaming performance.

As far as the CPU usage, I'm not sure.

Also same GPU and same FPS and most importantly same place in the game?
All of these can have a drastic effect on CPU usage.

Not too high for that game, there's also a lot going on in the background. Also, windows show 0% usage when it's just under 1%. (like 0.99% for instance) It's impossible to be 0% if any memory is used with same thread so it can add up.
That power plan is obviously not working but do check CPU/core frequencies during playing.
