CPU using more voltage in gaming then prime 95

i got a overclocked i5 3570k at 4.9ghz (delidded) with hyper 212 evo push and pull , my temps are just under 80C with a voltage under load around 1.374 - 1.384 , problem is when i boot up my comp or when i play games , voltage would jump sometimes to 1.4ish. i messed with c states , llc low to high.... and its still 1.4v sometimes..... my motherboard is a asrock z77 extreme 4....

at this point i dont know what to do....cpu stress testers should be more load on the cpu then games.... enlightened me guys thanks....

OK then that's fine.

Can you reset your bios and start the OC again? I'm not sure what other settings have been made - other than multiplier and voltage.
