Question CPU Vcore

I have a ryzen 5 3600 And it runs hot, around MAX 85 degrees under heavy load. I've heard that by changing your CPU Vcore you can lower the temps.

My CPU Vcore is around 1.058v is their anyone that knows a fare voltage I can lower it down too?. Or any programs that lower its voltage when it gets to a certain heat?

Try a bit of negative voltage offset, 0.005 - 0.1v
