Cpu voltage changing itself-Ryzen

I have set the stock voltage in the bios and keep putting to 1.4 when saving the changes.

The motherboard is a X470 taichi

Cpu Ryzen 2600x

I already tried clear CMOS but it's still the same

What are you setting it to and what is it changing to?
