Hi my custom build is reading 0 cpu voltage in bios, it used to actually read the correct cpu voltage but now it does not. On windows 10 startup it black screens and restarts sometimes ,I also note that this 3600xt ryzen cpu was a little funky from the start I had to have the cpu core ratio at 36.00 or it would keep boot looping at startup in windows 10. I have put in a new psu cable to see if the other cable was faulty and it seems like the black screen restarts havereduced but it still black screens and restarts sometimes.

I tried resetting motherboard by cmos but it didnt work, what should i do?

pc parts

Cpu: amd ryzen 3600xt
Ram: g skill neo 2x8gb ram 3600
Storage: WD digital nvme 500gb
Motherboard: Asus rog strix x470-i
Gpu: asus 1050 ti 4gb nvidia
Power supply: corsair 750w ( this psu was bought in 2009)

Why don't you use Cpuid HWMonitor. HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID It will give you a read out of all your voltages , temps, fan speeds etc. You can get a better idea of what is going on with your system. If you want to post the results be happy to go over it.

here check it out —-> https://ibb.co/nDbxcvF

right now I think i have solved the issue, I lowered my cpu core to 34.00 and my dualboot ubuntu/win10 are running fine now i will keep testing, it still so weird why my asus bios reads 0 cpu voltage

I also put in a brand new corsair 750 watt bronze psu before changing the cpu core to 34.00 and the PSU was not the issue, it still bootlooped with the new psu. I am thinking this was/is a cpu or motherboard issue.

Well sorry to hear I cost you a new psu. What bios version is your motherboard running? Also you seem to have a problem with your 12 volt voltages, It is at 10+.
