we are trying to tackle a problem with my brother's pc, it randomly shuts down during gaming or benchmarking. Or while executing some random task

We didn't overclock or change the bios settings, the CPU is ryzen 5 2600. We checked the bios it is set to stock around 1.26 V but in readings it shows 0.93 V we don't know what it means it seemed to me as a big problem but I am not sure if it can cause those random shut downs.

We try to figure out what part is faulty without replacing the parts I am trying to solve problem with remote access currently he is in a different country.

So what parts do you think might be faulty? Mobo, cpu, psu also we have this error code every time it shuts down.

Do you have any idea?

"Stock" should be around 1.32- 1.35v under load and up to 1.5v at some idle states. Why did you set it manually ? Is it overclocked ?
It's possible that those 1.26v is just a maximum set as it's normal for voltage to drop under 1v at true idle state and than change under various states of load.

No he didn't change the voltage value it is at stock value.

Stock setting is AUTO or DEFAULT, never a fixed voltage value.

CPU voltage requirements change based on the specific clock speed it happens to be operating at. In stock settings it's changing clocks up and down, sometimes boosting to a high clock. When it does that it needs a higher voltage at higher clocks and a lower voltage at lower clocks. In AUTO or DEFAULT it's free to do that but setting a fixed voltage means it's just that...fixed, can't change. If it's fixed too low it may not be enough when it boosts so it crashes.

I'd suggest just resetting CMOS, or loading optimized default settings in BIOS. That will give you stable settings.
