CPU Voltage Usage

To overclock my CPU, which one is the one that manipulates the CPU voltage?

Core Voltage or I/O Voltage?
& what is I/O voltage?
Or which ones?

OCing is the CPU Core voltage, CPUIO is prob MSIs take on the CPUVTT (which most other mobos call it) which is the MC (memory controller) voltage

Say you set it at 1.25 it will still overvolt when needed - especially see it when turbo boost is enabled
