CPU Voltage way to low, cannot change!

Hey guys, first time post.

I recently swapped my X79 mobo for an Asus Rampage 4 Black and on booting, with both auto and my old manual overclocks, the cpu core voltage stays at approx; 0.350 and doesn't change, no matter what I choose in manual. This is extremely low, and nothing I do can make it increase! I'm stressing massively at this moment and would love some help. Cheers guys and merry Christmas.

try to reseat your processor, and don't forget to update your bios to the latest..

Done and done, still no avail, however, both cpu z and hwmonitor are showing the low .350v, but the ROG cpu z is showing the normal voltage. But, the voltage is at least .040 less than what I have set in the bios, and I'm having to throw much more volts for a stable OC.. Something doesn't seem right....

Rang for an RMA... In the mean time, could it be because of cheap low profile kingston 1600hz RAM? I've read that the rampage is very picky about which ram is available especially in 32GB config.
