CPU VRM Switching Frequency and CPU Cache ratio

Hello buddies I got some question
I am Beginner overclocker need some help
so I will give you some background i dont know if it matters but so u know

CPU: Intel i5-6600k @ 4.7 GHz OC 1.35V
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 2133 @ 3000Mhz OC 1.35V

I am playing Mainly CSGO

I would like to know what is CPU Cache Ratio and what is the correct value to my OC if needed.
same with Fixed CPU VRM switching frequency I can put that on Auto but some guides for cs recommend Manually set 500Khz or higher.
Right now my cache ratio is 4.4
and my VRM is 500Khz for a whille now everything is stable

I know that google exists but I can find good enough answer.

raising cache ratio will increase your memory bandwidth. after you raise cache ratio run aida64 memory benchmark and compare the results to find sweet spot ratio.
