CPU vs GPU Rendering Sony Vegas 12

Hey guys, im just wondering wether i should render videos with my gpu or cpu.

Here are my Specs:

intel core 17 2700k
evga nvidia gtx 560 ti
16 gb ram
z68 gigabyte mobo
1 tb HDD

Raw CPU rendering is supposed to give the best-looking results. However quick sync (Built into your i7) renders faster and still looks pretty good.

CUDA (Your GPU) is faster than the CPU as well but supposedly suffers a bit with picture quality compared to the other two. I still use CUDA a lot and I'm generally pleased with the quality, but "good enough" is subjective.
