I am going to buy a laptop. And I have narrowed two laptops.
One is with i7-9750H and GTX 1650 and one is with i5-9300H and GTX 1660Ti.
i5 version is Rs.8000($100) approx. expensive. All other specs are same.

Please help me. Which one to buy?

Solution
I am buying the laptop primarily for programming and AI and for medium gaming. Not for video editing/ encoding at all.
This is quite decision to make. I'm certain the i7-9750H would be a bit better for work/productivity but its not drastically better than the i5-9300H.
In this benchmark. it can be taken that the i7-9750H barely gives higher FPS with the same GPU.

Since the i7-9750H is paired with a 1650 in your case, expect a bit less of a performance than the other laptop with the i5-9300H for gaming.

Personally though, assuming that I would want to buy a laptop with your exact needs, I would go for the laptop with...

Is this for gaming? You would have a much better time playing with a 1660ti than a 1650. The i7-9750H is faster than the i5-9300H, but for gaming, it won't produce that much of a performance difference even if it has the same GPU. Since the laptop with the i5 9300H has a 1660ti, it is better for gaming in my opinion.

Thanks man. I also think I will stick with i5 only.
