CPU vs UPS

Guys i have a weird problem,

my cpu -
i5,dualx R9 270x 2gb,650w psu,8gb ram,

my ups-
1kv

my problem is -
when power goes then my ups cover my cpu but then power come so my pc shut down and then on automatic??

why???

Can't really understand you. But if I had to guess you are using a non-sine wave UPS that can't reliably handle the power switching.
