CPU water cooler temps high? low?

I have a i7 6700k OC'd to 4.6 Ghz @ 1.38 volts and its stable. However i have seen it get to 65 degrees celcius at some points. Is this a normal/safe temperature for a cpu with a water cooler? I have the NZXT X61 Kraken.

65 degrees is fine. You should be worried if it hits around 90-100.
