I want to make a custom loop but I'm not sure which components to use. Btw I only want to cool the CPU and I need it to be less than $200. (Canadian Dollars)

Not really. There are some 120mm ones for $200, but I wouldn't recommend them.

What you should do, is buy the Swiftech H320 if you still want something similar to custom loop.
