CPU water cooling

Hello all,
looking to buy an RGB water cooler. I am sure it is overkill, but I want it for the looks. Do you guys have any recommendations? I will not overclock or any thing yet.

I have been looking at that one, but is it better than the Thermaltake 3.0 AOI high static RGB?

There fairly close in performance and seeing as the Thermaltake has the RGB fans built in it's probably the better choice.

It is a Ryzen 1700X, MSI X370 Carbon

Well, I already bought it, so I will just see how well it is. I have a NewEgg store gift card as well, so no loss for the extra fans. Appreciate your help!
