Okay I have an i7-4790 with Corsair H60 high performance cooler. My idle temps are varying from 25-30 celcius. Gaming can go from 40-64 celcius. I just installed it today a few hours ago. Does it need time to adjust or something? Whats wrong with it?

I imagine it is. Like I said, the H60 is weak.

It is all aluminum, very low volume, small radiator, and filled with so much propylene glycol that it defeats all of the good heat transfer properties of water.

It couldn't cool my nutsack.
