Cpu will work or not?

I am upgrading my pc link:

I from india and spending approx Rs.30000 on this pc. Please make sure all the parts are compatible with each other because if this will not work my dad will kick me out of house!
For GOD SAKE please check that it should work i am building a pc first time!
I will use my old optical drive!
I have an doubt will mobo supports the HDD because mobo has sata 3gb/s and hdd is sata 6gb/s! Will this work???
Last thing can i use my old hdd with new one because i am having all my data in old hdd!
Please answer these question and make my doubt clear!
If u have any recommendation please tell me but remember i tight on budget! Thank you!

I see no problems, psu seems a touch expensive for what you are getting but it should all work together. i also consider 1600mhz on ram to be the status quo but it should all work.

though i hesitant to say that considering what is at stake. ;p

Yes the parts are compatible with each other.

The HDD will work fine. SATAIII(SATA 6GB/s) is backward compatible with SATAI (SATA 1.5GB/s) and SATAII (SATA 3GB/s) controllers. It will simply be bandwidth limited by the controller.
