CPU with 4 core reaches 80 degree even if i use only 2 core

My system specification:
DH61WW MotherBoard
i5-2320 CPU
4Gb 1333 DDR3
Frontech 550 SMPS
My CPU gets upto 80 degrees when i use all the 4 cores even without any load like playing games.
Then i started using only 2 cores by using BIOS, At that time average temperature was 50 to 60 and if i start giving load it reaches to 80 degrees. I cleaned the Motherboard, Changed fans and thermal paste. But nothing works. Any suggestions!

the stock intel fans are not that great at cooling. try using a better cooler. if it not the cooler check that you have the newest bios on the mb and it not over clocked or over volting the cpu chip.

Probably cooler installed improperly.
This is common error, when reusing Intel stock cooler, if you didn't reset push-pins of the cooler to their original positions.
