CPU with GTX 1050

Right now I am looking for a cheap cpu that comes with a motherboard or give me a some motherboards that works with the cpu. My CPU is A8-3800 which is bottlenecking my gtx 1050.
Question : Do I have to add new RAM everytime I get a new cpu and motherboard?

Why are there no G4560 on other sites???
There are no G4560 in CPUBoss either.

Jet and B&H are selling them, as are Amazon and Newegg, some are just out of stock.
Don't use CPU Boss, its a crap site, use UserBenchmarks instead.
