Hi, please suggest to me a good and low-budget processor with integrated graphics for illustrator and photoshop.

Hi, I do have a Q9550 2.83 Ghz
4Gb Ram ddr3, Msi G41m-p25 and Gtx 650 1gb.
80 Gb SSD and 350w PSU
I can add some money about 150 to 200 dollars.

Back when that CPU was relevant the motherboard had the integrated graphics. Chipsets starting with G such a G41, so you already have it. Anything more modern is going to cost way more. Maybe find a good deal on an old 2nd gen i5/i7 rig.
