If the PC is running fine but nothing is showing on your montior, it means you are having display problems.

Check all the cables running from your monitor to your PC. Are they connected into the right display port? (HDMI, VGA, DVI, DP, etc)
Is your GPU (graphics card) running?
Have you tried using the integrated graphics in your CPU (if it is available)?
Is your monitor on?

Feel free to comment below any questions or concerns :)

i checked every connection it is connected. the graphics card is working. but when i removed the card, it boots up.

Hoetan, you state that "the pc is fine" because the fans are spinning is incorrect as the psu's 3.3v or 5v might be dead.

mackys2001, try another psu even borrowed with no drives connected to psu & motherboard. was the computer working alright before?

I said: "IF the PC is running fine", not "It is fine".
