I am over clocking my FX 8320e and the temps won't go up with stress testing. I'm not sure if it's my cooler (evo212) or that the CPU temp readings are wrong. I went from 3200mhz to 3800mhz and there was no temp changes. (Whenever I go higher I run into stability issues.)

Solution
your first issue is 8320"E` CPU, which is an ENERGY FRIENDLY CPU. those do not create a lot of heat, because they take less power. Spikes in heat would result in major changes in motherboard settings for CPU.

Secondly, I think you might have missed some steps if you are unstable at 3.8Ghz ---- try run through some youtube vids again for your CPU overclocking guide
