For some reason I cant overclock my CPU above 3,8 Ghz no matter what multiplier I use in the Bios.
I have set a multiplier of 42 for all cores in BIOS with a voltage of 1.350V and it loads into Windows 10 just fine. But when I go into CPU Z or Intel Power Gadget it never goes above 3.80 Ghz no matter what multiplier I use. When I disable Turbo Mode in BIOS it's locked at the base clock of 3.4Ghz. I dont know what I'm doing wrong really, I've seen people overclock this thing to 4.5 Ghz and above.
