Cpu won't overclock. I try to change the Bios settings of Core ratio to 43 but when I restart the PC the CPU frequency stays at 3600MHZ. I have disabled Turbo mode. The Vcore voltage changes but not the clock speed.

CPU QuadCore Intel Core i5-4670K, 3600 MHz
MB Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H

Solution
Hi, double check that your setting has applied by going to the bios. Also, uninstall any auto-overclocking or CPU overclocking software you might have. Set your power plan to Performance from the control panel.
If they don't fix it, flash the newest bios for your motherboard as they contain important updates or can be faulty from factory.
