CPU Won't Post with more than 2 Sticks of RAM

Components:
Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 5 Motherboard
i7-6700k (base clock)
4 sticks of Kingston HyperX DDR4 2400 (32 Gb Kit)

I've tried just about everything. All the sticks work fine, but the system will only post with 1-2 sticks installed. I tried to up the voltage for the RAM sticks but for some reason my BIOS wouldn't let me. I'm clueless when it comes to overclocking and I don't know if it's a timing issue for the RAM because I don't know anything about that either. I'm running the latest BIOS for the motherboard (F20), and I haven't touched any voltage stuff yet. The XMP profile IS enabled, but that didn't solve it either. When I try to boot it gets stuck in an endless boot cycle, shutting down, and booting, and repeat.
I think it might have to do with the voltage, but I can't figure out how to change it, and haven't been able to find a helpful guide on doing so either. Please help!

See if you can force into safe mode (however you have to - usually just turning your pc on and off a few times will make windows recognise there's a problem) and install any hardware drivers again. This should remove any overclocking profiles. Start again from scratch and see how that goes.

Try to set all the memories in 2133MHz. (I think it is a JEDEC standard). Try also placing 2 or 3 different DIMMS to see if there is one Stick with issues.
Does it shut down like pressing reset, or windows shut it down?

It shuts down as if the CPU is overheating, so it'll turn on, no monitor activity, then it'll shut down and try again.

I can't even get into the BIOS with anything more than two DIMMS.

Did you try to test if there is one slot or memory that is causing this issue? Try to install one memory at a time in different slot.

I have, and nothing is working yet.
