Hello, just a few days ago my hdmi monitor began cutting out. Each time I would have to restart. This happened about a half dozen times and then finally yesterday my CPU would not post at all. I tried unplugging all connections and waiting, nothing happened.

I FINally removed the gpu (gtx 970) and voila I was able to post. So maybe the gpu was the problem?

I can't get my hdmi connection to read my mobo gfx so I am stuck. I've read to try resetting bios. How would I do this without having vision?

Trying to figure out if the gpu or the mobo (gigabyte) or destiny was the problem. Thanks in advance for al input!!

Solution
I think its the GPU.
If your mobo has DVI you can use a DVI to HDMI dongle. Quick reset of BIOS is clearing CMOS. Check your mobo manual. Its usually 2 pins that need to be jumpered. (You can carefully use a flathead screwdriver, just hold the screwdriver touching both pins for a few seconds while starting the pc)
