Question CPU Won't Stop Overclocking

Hi, so I am currently having a huge issue with my CPU overclocking. It is suppose to be a 3,700 but overclocks at 4,000+. I have done everything from going to bios and tweaking my AI Tweaker to changing setting for max energy to 99% instead of 100%. Can someone please help out? I can post my bios if needed to any reply. My specs are listed below.

CPU-AMD Ryzen 7 2700X

GPU-NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060

Motherboard-ASUSTeK Prime x470-Pro

I saw it when I was running NZXT and ICue monitoring

3.7GHz is the base clock. it can go upto 4.3GHz as the user above mentioned.

This is called boost clock. It's technically overclocking, but automatically. It depends on various factors which it considers before going higher. You shouldn't worry about it.
