CPU works only on other mobo - same socket

Hello,
I need help with my processor (FX-6300) not working on GA-970A-DS3P mobo, but it does work on mobo GA-78LMT-S2P.

Using the same power supply, same everything, just swapping processors.

It just doesnt boot to bios, monitor is just not responding.

Nope, didnt work. After shorting the pwr it started, half second it shut down, then it started again, but again didnt boot. No bios, nothing. And the POST is rapidly beeping. Any ideas?

Radeon 5xxx, not sure, PSU is some crappy Cronos.
I'm booting only mobo, CPU, ram and that old Radeon.

Used the Radeon on both, i doubt its the GPU. The mobo just doesnt want the FX, I dont understand.

This is the thing - my PC broke down few days ago, so I bought new mobo, i'd be really disappointed it would be broken as well, when other CPU works in it. Are you sure?

Just the CPU, but now the FX has literally stopped working even on the other mobo. Thats the case done, it was the CPU.
