[SOLVED] CPU-Z and BIOS recognise 8GB RAM and Windows only 5,9GB

I have just built my first PC using Gigabyte B450M DS3H and 2xKingston HyperX Fury Black 4GB DDR4 2666Mhz. All is working fine except the RAM in Windows. CPU-Z and BIOS detects 8GB RAM (4GB on A2 & 4GB on B2) but Windows only detects 5,9GB of RAM. I already check that windows memory is not limited in msconfig.

Integrated Vega graphics is using that ram as dedicated video ram.
You can change video ram settings in BIOS.
