I've installed one DDR4 8GB RAM in a single slot and I'm planning to buy a new one. What should be the MHz of the new RAM to work efficiently and of course Compatible? I've HP Notebook Series laptop.

Solution
Exact same stick of ram for the other slot to be compatible trouble free mix or match ram wont boot or have issues far more than you wanna know. With ram always buy matching pairs & matching pairs only.

Further you go down in stack, more problems you will have. Follow this and stop as close to top as possible.
Best to buy in a KIT,
then try to buy EXACT matching model,
then same line, faster model,
then something from same manufacturer,

Remember to buy where you can return, best would be to take PC to shop and install there, if works then buy else try another.

This below RAM will work? I've got one of Samsung (8GB DDR4 M471A1K43BB1-CRC)

https://www.amazon.in/Kingston-KVR24S17S8-2400-DDR4-SO-...

Also, In task manager it is showing Speed is 2133Mhz. What is this? Because CPU-Z is showing 2400 (1200Mhz). I don't even know what is that This is so complex.

When I bought it came in a single slot. Now, I'm upgrading. Exact RAM would be difficult to find online. No?
