Question CPU-Z Memory slot #4 is completely blank?

Under the SPD tab on CPU-Z, when I select slot #4 it's completely blank? Why? I have Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 4x8gb 3200mhz ram.
Is something wrong with the ram? Yes CPU-z is run in admin.

Installed I'm assuming, I don't quite know the difference. Cpu-Z is installed on my computer if that answers the question

The zip version is the portable. See if that will work. Unzip it and run from the folder.

Looks like you have at least 2 different types of ram.
That may not work well.
Does the bios see all 4 sticks?
