CPU-Z not showing correct ram speed?

MB: Asus Maximus VII Hero biosV.2601
OS: Windows 7 64bit Ultimate
RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB Quad Channel Channel; DDR3 2400; Cas Latency 9; Timing 9-11-11-31


CPU-Z is showing that my speed on each stick is only 667MHz, but in bios I switched it too 2400MHz. Does the speed go like 667*4=2668? If so I would still be confused, I don't know a whole lot about ram to be honest but I know some of the basics. Am I just missing something or is there actually a problem?

In the memory tab of CPU-Z it shows true freq - take that x2 to find your effetive data rate - here 1333 for 2400 need to go into BIOS and enable XMP - this is covered in my article here:
