Question CPU-Z only in dual with 8 dim slots.

Hello, I have a
X399 AORUS Gaming 7 motherboard.

This motherboard supports quad-channel, but CPU-Z is only detecting dual channel. Only using 4 ram sticks for a total of 32gb. The motherboard has 8 memory sockets.


I've followed the manual, and put a ram stick into the correct dim slots.


Am I doing something wrong here?
