[SOLVED] CPU-Z questions

Hello! I have three question:
1: With CPU-Z possible to change cpu's cpuid like revision, family, insructions or anything else hardware info like motherboard name etc? I know it's a silly question but i courios.
2: With CPU-Z possible to change any hardware settings like cpu clocks or voltages or anything else hardware settings?
3: In CPU where are the insruction sets? It's a hardware part or it's a bios/software part?
