I have 2x1gb kingston value ram ddr3 1333mhz modules.

When I am in bios I read timings as 9-9-9-24 from the 1st information line

But in windows what cpu-z shows at spd tab for 667 Mhz frequency is 9-10-10-25

Why is that ? Does anyone have any idea ?

i would trust the bios readings, my cpu-z was showing worng readings with my cpu, (diferent from my bios), its kinda like o/c with a program and not your bios, better to do it with your bios, so trust the bios, im a believer that the bios is always correct, or at least its correct if compared to a program like cpu-z.

You are checking the wrong tab for cpu-z. The SPD tab just shows what the memory could potentally do. The actual memory speeds and timings are located under the Memory tab

Right, but the SPD tab shows what the manufacturer has rated the RAM for, not necessarily what it can potentially do. They may have multiple SPD settings that comply with the JEDEC standard and those that are EPP or Enhanced Performance Profile.
