CPU-Z reporting wrong clock speed

It's bizarre... I OC'ed my machine to 3.8 (BIOS reports it as this), and CPU-Z and Real Temp report my clock speed as 4.07MHz.... Software bug maybe?

Bizzarre. Also reports 4GHz.... Who knows, BIOS says I'm running at 3.88, but I'm really running at 4GHz.... I'll take that deal.
