CPU-Z Showing 2.2+ V on an i3-2100?

I have an i3-2100 on a H61 motherboard, setting on bios is about 1.1-1.3 V (I forgot)
But the problem is, it's showing 2.232 V on both CPU-Z and Aida64

Temps while benchmarking and playing games are fine.
Is this normal? Should I try investigating more?

Check it again across ThrottleStop, HWinfo and Core Temp. The CPU VID should say 1.2v
Also, to confirm, go to BIOS, I'm quite sure it shows what voltage the CPU is at.
Mine goes no higher than 1.45v even at too high frequencies (i7 7700k @ 4.9 GHz)
Might be a serious issue which can easily kill your CPU. Restart, go to BIOS and see the actual CPU voltage there. If anything, override the voltage to 1.300v and reset. If anything goes wrong, reset by shorting the jumper cap for a few seconds or by removing CMOS battery for 5 minutes.

I'm running my i7 7700K OC'ed at 4.8 GHz Stable with maximum 1.300v Core voltage.

I don't think it was actually 2.2 V or else the temps would be way higher. I have seen 1.5 V and 80 degrees. I believe it is just an error the board reports to the system. If you had a test point I think a meter would be showing 1.232V or so. Still can go to the bios and get off auto vcore and try 1.2V constant to see if it still reports funny.

Maybe see if there is a BIOS update newer than what is on the board.

I'm very sorry for the late reply,
But yes, I already override the voltage to around 1.2v, but it still says 2.2v.
As for BIOS update, I don't really want to update it if it's just report errors because I've heard that if the pc turn off when updating, it could brick the motherboard. And recently there are power outtages on my place.
