Question CPU-Z Showing Graphic interface link speed at 8.0 GT/s

I have a B450F-Gaming mobo with AM4 update and I have been troubleshooting because of stutter and notice CPU-Z showing pcei link speed at 8.GT/s is this normal? CPU-Z

CPU: 5900x
Motherboard: B450-F Gaming (4602)
Ram: 2x8 Corsair Vengeance 3200
SSD/HDD: WD SN750 M.2 2280
GPU: RX 6900XT
PSU: RM850x
Chassis: NZXT H500
OS: Windows 10 21H2
Monitor: MAG274QRF-QD 165hz

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list them like so:

Include the version(not edition) of the OS if you're on Windows 10 as well as the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. You seem to be on the latest BIOS version.
