CPU-Z vs. RealTemp

Hello,
I have just overclocked my i7-3820 using the blck-straps, and have set it to reach a speed of 4.0ghz (my very first OC and I want to be conservative, especially since my cooling isn't balls to the walls). I have installed CPU-Z and RealTemp to help monitor temperatures and core clock. I have a little problem here. CPU-Z says my clock is at 4.0ghz and RealTemp says the clock is at anywhere between 3.6-3.85ghz. Which of the two softwares is more accurate, or even correct?
