So I bought new fans for the CPU, plugged them in and went to UEFI to set the parameters. I noticed that CPU_FAN1 was not recognized saying N/A and the other one was working normally. I tried switching them, and the same results. I also tried plugging the fan into a chassis fan port and that also worked. My question is, could this be some sort of software problem? If so how can I fix it? Also is it ok if I plug the fan into Chassis fan port which is also 4 pin. Also the fan is spinning but is just not recognized by the UEFI.
My motherboard: ASRock > B560 Pro4
Cpu: i5 11600k

Which BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard? You mentioned fans, mind sharing the make and models of said fans? As for the processor, how are you cooling that 11th Gen i5?
BIOS version 2.10, bought two NZXT AER P120, this is the heatsink: LC-CC-120-RGB: LC Power (lc-power.com) , but I added the NZXT fans because the one they used is vibrating and creating much more noise than the NZXT ones.
