Hi Tom's!

I put together a new system today. It has a custom water loop cooling the cpu and the gpu. Everything seems to be working great so far! Except one major thing that worries me. The radiator fans are not spinning!

-I'm using a phanteks evolv x and a Asus rog strix z490-E.
-All fans mounted to radiators are connected to the fan hub
-The phanteks fan hub is hooked up to the cpu_fan header.
-When I enter the BIOS, only the DC fan is spinning and the PWM fans don't spin. When booting into windows only the DC fan spins.
-I noticed that if I plug the phanteks fan hub into the CPU_OPT header the fans spin and the RPM shows up in the BIOS.

What is going on here? I don't want ot rely on the CPU_OPT header to keep the fans spinning. Plus it prompts for a cpu fan warning every reboot now. Thanks in advance!
