Cpu_led red light. No display signal

I used my PC last night OK.
Turned it on and no video signal.
CPU_led is red and case fans are off.
Gpu booted up with fans at like 100% so I took it off.
H110i is connected and those fans are on cooling CPU but no video signal yet.i also removed memory to see if it beeps but nothing just straight to red cpu_led. What could be the problem motherboard?

6700k
Even supernova 650 g2
Ballistix sport ddr4 2400 16gb 2x8

Possible motherboard issue, possible CPU issue.

What CPU and RAM? What's the make and model of your motherboard and power supply?

did the clearcmos
removed ram no beeps only cpu_led
case fans off at boot.
nothing worked

swapped motherboard solved it...
2 weeks later repost

Okay I bought a bios programmer to flash bios to a more recent one and the old mono booted up bios screen
