Which sections, exactly? Most of it is pretty self-explanatory.

The only thing that isn't is ia and gt. Ia is the cpu cores and gt is the igpu. Everything else is what it is. If you don't know what it is, don't worry about it. You really don't need to pay attention to anything but temps.

What is that representing?

Probably your hard drive. Pretty sure it stands for Hitachi Global Storage Technologies, aka Hitachi's old name.
