CPUID HWMonitor readings bad/dangerous?

I have a few concerns regarding my readings on HWMonitor, i ran Black Ops 4 and my FPS cap was at 144.

Firstly, should i be worried about this? https://gyazo.com/10402dc1bf54ccfa74df33026ad4071c
Is my PSU too bad? When a few limits are on 1 as max.

Secondly, is there anything else that i should be worried about. I know that my GPU is on 100% when i play BO4 but what are the consequenses of that? Is it dangerous/bad? And is my CPU too hot/loaded?

Lastly, i appreciate any comments and help. Any comment is good. I just want to know what these readings actually mean and what consequenses they have if i continue. I don't know a lot about these readings.

I've never seen a PSU monitoring tab in HWMonitor before. What is your PSU's make and model?

Everything looks good except for your temps, at most you want to hit 80C as your maximum temperature. running in the high 80s will make your CPU more at risk to dying sooner than later. What CPU cooler are you using and what case?

The GPU is running very well, looks cool and quiet.
The other temperatures are scary-particularly the motherboard readings.
Looks like you need to either upgrade the CPU cooler or clean it out and replace the thermal paste.
Improving the MB temperatures will require more/better fans to improve airflow, before we can advise on that we'll need to know what case the system is in.

My PSU: Cooler Master B500 VER.2, 500W PSU
My case is: CM Storm Scout II Advanced Gaming
I use a standard intel CPU cooler.

Thank you very much for your comments.

All my cores ran at 100% i think and my CPU temps were not good. What if i buy a decent cooler, will it be a lot better for my CPU? Will my CPU run safely if i buy a decent cooler? I heard that a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is pretty good.
